I'm trying to trace my family tree which is leading me into the great State of Kentucky. Unfortunately, I know very little from there. Here's what I do know:
My great-grandfather,Charles Ross, was born somewhere in Kentucky around 1852. I don't know the name of his parents or theirs before them. I don't know the names of any siblings of Charles. I know he moved to California eventually. I know he married a woman named Mary, last name unknown, who I believe was born in California. My grandfather, Joseph E. Ross was born in Sacramento, California around 1885. He eventually married my grandmother, Caroline L. Herfurth who was born in Missouri.
I'd like to know anything and everything about Charles in particular including DOB, name of siblings, the names of his parents and grandparents,etc., place/s of birth/s, dates of births, etc. Like to know if I still have kin in Kentucky.
